France's manufacturing output partially rebounded by 0.3 per cent in August 2026 after a 0.8 per cent fall in July, while output across the whole industry declined 0.3 per cent, INSEE said.
The rebound was led by other industrial products and electrical, electronic and computer equipment.
June-August manufacturing output was down 1.2 per cent year on year.
