India has eased customs rules for returned export cargo amid Strait of Hormuz disruptions.
The new Section 143AA framework allows faster clearance without Bill of Entry if seals are intact, simplifies documentation via SAM, and enables shipping bill cancellation.
Valid till April 30, 2026, it supports textile exporters while safeguarding incentives recovery.
