US cotton export sales weakened in the week ended July 30, with old crop cancellations and lower new crop bookings weighing on the report.
Upland sales fell to a marketing year low, while new crop bookings declined 31.3 per cent week on week.
However, continued forward buying from key markets including Vietnam, Turkiye, India and Pakistan provided underlying support to sentiment.
