Portugal’s Tintex Expects To Grow By 30% By 2019 End
Portugal-based fabric manufacturer Tintex expects to grow by around 30 per cent till the end of 2019 due to a strategic approach to the market, according to its chief executive officer Mario Jorge Silva. The company had a turnover of around €11 million in 2017, which was an increase of 20 per cent over 2015 figures, he told Fibre2Fashion in an interview.
Tintex manufactures high quality, natural and hybrid jersey fabrics using sustainable hi-tech dyeing and finishing processes for contemporary fashion, sports and lingerie markets.
The long-term plan of the company, known for developing sustainable fabrics, is to reach a totally traceable and transparent supply chain, without compromising on innovation, performances and catchy design, Silva added.
